The croissants are fully baked and frozen in cases of 24. They are ready to slack out and serve.

Where do you recommend the croissants are retailed?

The croissants can be served from any deli or bakery case for sandwiches, desserts, or packaged in retail clamshells.

How do I serve the croissants?

We recommend thawing at room temperature for up to 90 minutes . Serve warm.

What is the shelf life?

Our croissants are good for one year frozen and have a three day shelf life, in dry storage, once thawed. We do not recommend storing refrigerated.
